Use these tips during the live meeting:

Clearly state the meeting objectives and expected outcomes.
When assigning tasks, explicitly mention who owns each action item.
Briefly introduce participants, their roles, or related teams.
Use short verbal markers when changing topics (e.g., "Next, budget review").
